Two-Part Process

  1. First: Mantra Jaap (mansik) with full concentration.
  2. Then: Meditate on Lalita Sahasranama (listen to audio or mental recitation).

Diya Instructions

  • Use Olive Oil in the lamp.
  • Fragrance: Lavender or Rose attar / perfume / aroma oil (if available).

Yantra Instructions

  • Keep all old yantras safely stored in a cupboard.
  • Make two copies of the current yantra — one for Tratak, one on the floor with a diya on it.
Avarans 6-7 Sarvaraksakara & Sarva Rogahara
Objective: Invoke Devi's protective and healing forces — purifying the aura, stabilizing prāna, awakening subtle immunity through fragrance, mantra and inner focus.

Main Sadhana Flow

  1. Tratak & meditation on Sri Yantra (30–45 min) — focus on 6th & 7th Avaran centres.
  2. Mansik Japa (Jñāna Mudrā) of Source Mantra — 30–60 minutes.
  3. Energy alignment with bhavana: "This light shields, heals, and renews every cell through Devi's grace."
  4. Closing — 5 minutes of silent gratitude.

Tilak Paste — Rakṣā Lehyam

  • Sandalwood — 1 pinch
  • Vetiver (Khus) — 1 pinch
  • Saffron — 1 pinch
  • Camphor (Bhimseni) — 1 grain
  • Rose water / Ganga jal — 1 drop

Raksa Dipa

  • Til oil + sandalwood, khus, saffron, gold-leaf, camphor oil / Hina attar.
  • Symbolizes protection.

Rogahara Dipa

  • Pure cow ghee.
  • Symbolizes Devi's healing & purifying aspect.

Offerings

  • One fresh fruit daily (banana, pomegranate, coconut).
  • Panchmeva: Cashew, Almonds, Raisins, Dates, Figs.
  • Panchamrit: Cow milk, curd, ghee, honey, sugar/mishri — return to nature (plant/tree) after practice.
  • Flower: Hibiscus, Lotus, Rose, or any fresh flower.

"Where fragrance, flame, and mantra unite — there Devi abides as protection, peace, and health."

If any listed ingredient is unavailable, you may skip it — intention and purity of practice matter more than completeness of materials.

Avaran 8 Sarva-Siddhi-Pradāyaka, Sarvānandamaya
The Last Two Chakras — Practiced without audio, without Lalita Sahasranama — only lamp, yantra, mantra, and awareness.

Setup

  • Floor: Place Sarva-Siddhi-Pradāyaka Chakra. One diya at its centre. Plain til oil or ghee with just 1 edible gold leaf. Nothing else.
  • Wall: Place Sarvānandamaya Chakra at eye level, directly in front of where you sit.
Phase 1 — Flame Tratak
  • Sit facing the floor diya's flame.
  • Gaze softly at the tip of the flame.
  • Only mansik jaap of Source Mantra — no audio, no spoken mantra, no visualization.
  • Remain steady 15–30 minutes or until the mind becomes calm.
Phase 2 — Bindu Tratak
  • Shift gaze to the centre (bindu) of the wall yantra.
  • Continue soft mansik jaap of Source Mantra.
  • Let the mantra naturally become subtle or silent. Do not force concentration.
  • Stay as long as comfortable.

Completion

  • Practice for 11 to 21 consecutive days.
  • After the cycle, collect all old yantras used.
  • Perform a Lalita Tripura Sundari Havan.
  • During the havan, burn the yantras as an offering — closure into Devi's hands.

After Completion

Your Trilok Nagri access becomes active. For any future help, healing, protection, or specific result:
  • Place the complete Sri Yantra in front of you.
  • Light the same gold-leaf oil diya.
  • Sit in Tratak on the Sri Yantra, mansik jaap of Source Mantra.
  • State your Sankalp (what you need, how many days / japa count).
  • After the Sankalp period, perform a Havan.

The work is then carried within your own Trilok Nagri, channelled through Kul Devta, Isht Devta, and Pitra Devta.

Begin your journey through the nine Avarans with personal guidance from Rishi Mudgal.

Kalashtami Sadhana

The Night of Transformation

कालाष्टमी साधना — महाकाली की कृपा

Observed on Kartika Krishna Ashtami — to dissolve unresolved karmas, pitra doṣa, and hidden blockages under Mahākālī's grace.

Purpose: On this tithi the veils between past, present, and future thin — Mahākālī's energy realigns timelines and destroys hidden blockages.

Timing & Direction

Tithi
Kartika Krishna Ashtami
The eighth lunar day of the dark fortnight of Kartika — sacred to Mahākālī
Best Window
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
After sunset; 45 min to 2 hours depending on mala count
Direction
Face South
The direction of Kāla — Time & Death
Duration
45 min – 2 hours
Depends on mala count chosen
Bhavana: Entering the night with a purified space and a surrendered heart — clarity inside and outside.

Space Preparation

  1. Clear the space — remove all yantras, taweez, dhāgas, pitra/guru photos, and ritual objects before beginning.
  2. Oil Lamp — sesame (til) oil or mustard oil in a clay or brass diya. Light using burning camphor — not a matchstick or lighter. Let the flame burn continuously throughout.
  3. Fragrance — Loban, Guggal, or regular incense. Let the smoke fill the space before sitting.
  4. Seat — use an āsan; avoid direct floor contact.
  5. Atmosphere — silence. No phone. No other lights except the diya.
Primary Mantra — प्राथमिक मंत्र ॐ क्रीं कालिकायै नमः Om Krīṁ Kālikāyai Namaḥ
1 mala3 malas7 malas11 malas21 malas33 malas108 malas
Chant calmly and mentally as per your energy and devotion. Cuts cords of past karmas and dissolves timeline-based blockages.
Balancing Mantra — संतुलन मंत्र ॐ ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं कालरात्र्यै नमः Om Aiṁ Hrīṁ Klīṁ Kālarātryai Namaḥ
For every 1 mala of the primary mantra, chant 3 malas of this. Neutralizes leftover karmic traces, removes devic or ancestral disturbances, stabilizes your energy field.
Kāl Dhyān — Silent Absorption
  • After completing all mantras, sit silently for 11–21 minutes.
  • Stay still; let the mantra energy settle naturally.
  • No visualization, no effort — only awareness and silence.
Closing
  • Offer the remaining lamp oil (after cooling) at the base of a Peepal or Neem tree the next morning.
  • Wash your mala with rose water or Ganga jal.
  • Avoid non-veg and salt till next sunrise.

Kālashtamī is not a night of worship — it is a night of transformation. When you chant these mantras with surrender, you are not invoking destruction outside — you are clearing the karmic weight within. Mahākālī frees you from time itself. Kālarātrī resets what destiny once locked.

Important: This sadhana is not compulsory for everyone — only those who feel called. Contact your guide before performing it. Ensure your space has no Dhaga, Taweez, Yantra, Murti, Pitr, or Tantra-related objects, or new energies may unintentionally take their place.

  • Duration: Choose 9, 11, or 21 days — with a proper Sankalp before beginning.

Diwali Sadhana

Diwali Sadhana Week

दीपावली साधना सप्ताह

Four pathways for the Diwali week — choose according to your spiritual stage and material aspirations.

Practice: Perform Mahalakshmi Havan during Labh Muhurat using Kamal Gatte (lotus seeds).

The Golden Rule

Use equal quantity of Kamal Gatta as your Havan Samagri.
Example — if you prepare 1 kg Havan Samagri, add 1 kg Kamal Gatta alongside it.
Caution: Avoid keeping idols during Diwali Puja if daily rituals will not be continued after Diwali. Once installed, idols require daily care, lighting, and offerings without interruption.
Those who can maintain rituals every single day may proceed with the full traditional Puja and idol installation.
Note: This path is not actively recommended for everyone — only those already walking a Siddhi or Mantra Sadhana path.

Practice

  • Chant the Navarn Mantra with a proper Sankalp before beginning.
  • Example Sankalp: "I will complete 11,000 / 21,000 Navarn Mantra Jaap during Diwali week."
  • You may include a Havan using the same mantra for deeper Shakti activation and completion of the Sankalp.

Mahalakshmi Mantra Havan

  • For wealth, prosperity, and material abundance.
  • Performed during Diwali Labh Muhurat.

Ganesha Mantra Havan

  • For removing blockages and ensuring success in all endeavours.
  • Performed before Lakshmi puja as an auspicious opening.

Muslims seeking the blessings of this auspicious time may recite Surah Fatiha and Surah Ikhlas — the divine light of Diwali belongs to all sincere hearts.
